What NIA DLP stores about you, who can see it and how long it is kept.

[Placeholder text] Your name, email address and a protected (hashed) password, plus the learning records the organisations you belong to need: assignments, progress, quiz results and certificates.
[Placeholder] Learning activity
[Placeholder text] Unless a workspace switches it off, we record how you take its courses: when you open a lesson, time spent while the lesson is on screen and you are using it, which parts of a video you watched and the last page of a PDF you reached. It is recorded only for courses you are taking yourself — never keystrokes or what is on your screen. People with permission in that workspace can see it, to track training progress. Detailed records are kept for 365 days; daily totals are kept with your other learning records.
